recipie of the day

deeped fryed mushrooms!

1 punt of mushrooms
2 cups of matza meal
2 eggs
oill for frying

method;
1 turn the deep fat fryer on
2 wash and slice the mushrooms oncse down the middle to each mushroom
3 take a mushroom place in matza meal then in egg makeing sure that its all coated in egg then place bake in matza meal making sure that its all coated in the mixture reapt to all mushroom
4 place the mushrooms in the fryer once they are golden brown they are ready.
